Once you are happy with your mock-up, we ask for up to 2 weeks to complete your project. We take pride in our work and want to make sure everything is done just right. That said, we’re often finished ahead of schedule. Don’t worry, we will always keep you in the loop!
Screen Printing: Screen printing is the most cost-effective option for larger quantities. Just keep in mind — as you add more colours to your design, the price increases slightly, since each colour needs its own screen and setup. For smaller orders or designs with lots of colours, you might eventually prefer DTF printing.
DTF (Direct to Film): DTF is perfect when you want unlimited colours and sharp, high-resolution prints. It’s ideal for small batches or detailed, colourful designs where screen printing isn’t practical.
Sublimation: Sublimation offers vibrant, full-colour prints infused directly into the fabric — with little to no feel on the garment. It’s a cost-effective way to achieve designs with infinite colours. Just note, this process doesn’t allow for printing white; wherever your design has white, the shirt colour will show through.
Vinyl: If you only need a few items with a simple, single-colour design with clean linework, vinyl might be your best option. The high-quality vinyl has a nice, soft feel on the garment. This method is often a solid option for sportswear and team apparel.
Screen Printing: We recommend 24+ items that use the same design. You are welcome to order less, but that will result in an increase in price due to the time it takes to set a job.
DTF: We don’t have any minimums for DTF prints. The cost for 1 print versus 20 will be considerably more.
Sublimation: We don’t have any minimums for Sublimation Prints. Please keep in mind that sublimation won’t work with every fabric or surface.
